Adding a license to an existing vendor account

Hello, 
 I bought a license from an external supplier and I have activated the studio. 
 
 However, when I log into the Language Clod or my SDL account, there is no option to add the license to my existing account. Therefore, I cannot use the language cloud, download plug-ins etc. How can I overcome this issue?
