What happens when you try and what version of Trados Studio are you referring to?

Hi Paul,
I understand I have a licence plus, so I can update my Trados 2019 to 2021 on 2 computers. I downloaded and updated the 1st licence on my PC without any problem. Today I tried to updated my 2019 to 2021 on my laptop, copying my licence number to activate it, but the activation process lasts forever, and apparently it is still on trial mode.
So my question is, I do have this additional licence for my 2d equipment, right?
I do have Trados 2019 installed and running fine on my 2 devices for now, and Trados 2021 installed and running only on my PC with my actual licence.
