I encounterd the same issue as this one: Error message: "Service 'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService' could not be started." - Licensing and Installation - Translation Productivity - RWS Community. I follow the instructions here: Error message when starting SDL Trados Studio 'Invalid namespace' , 'Invalid class' or 'Service 'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService' could not be started.' and here: Repairing your installation of Trados Studio (sdl.com) to try the Workround 1 ~ Workround 3. But the issue persists.
My system is Windows 10.
