Cannot open program because of deleted project file/error. Want to reinstall program and need to deactivate my licence offline. When trying to deactivate license offline a pop-up asks me to contact support/seek help. Can you help out?

Can you send a screenshot with the error message received when trying to open the program? The reinstallation / deactivation might not be necessary.

Thank you for your swift reply. In the meantime a colleague of mine who is much more into Studio could do the trick and solve the problem: We deleted the projects.xml file under c:users/documents/studio/projects (I'm not sure that this was the proper path - but something like that). This allowed me to open and also upgrade :)
