I had my computer re-initialized and re-installed TS 2021. I could not deactivate my license in advance. The activation code is not recognized and if I go to my license page I cannot see any license. Could you please help me fix this issue?

If you haven't deactivated Trados Studio 2021 and you have no activations available, you should be able to reset your license from the Licenses section of your SDL account (but please make sure you are logged in with the right account):
