Hello,

When I tried to open Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.7.2849 this is what happened.

The Loading application window was stuck for a long time and then a dialog box saying:

Error                    X

The requested data file could not be located. 

                              OK

I click on OK and the dialog box closes and then the Trados Studio 2019 green box closes.

So I tried uninstalling the program and I got this error message:

SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2

X Set up did not complete. The error is: setup has detected a different version of this product already installed. If you still wish to remove or repair that version you must use that version's installer.

Trados Studio 2019 is installed on a Mac with bootcamp.

I have translation projects to do. Please help.
