Continuous problem with the license "Demo version has expired (37)" -- Each time I used my USB LTE stick from the Deutsche Telekom when on holidays. This is not admissible.

I have two licenses of Trados Studio 2019, Freelance Plus. I have noticed that when I am on holidays and I take my computer and use it not with my usual router at home but with my travelling USB LTE stick from the the Deutsche Telekom, my Trados Studio 2019 does not start at all, but I get the message "Demo version expired (37)". I managed to reset the license and to reactivate it. However, when I returned home, I encountered the same problem. It seems that SDL Trados 2019 does not like that the user moves.

I have just heard in a video that you are only allowed to reset your license 3 times a year. This is in my particular case inadmissible. My license belongs to me and nobody is allowed to disconnect it if I move to a foreign country to visit my family. This has never happened to me before with Trados Studio 2017 or any previous license.

I kindly ask RWS to remove this error from Trados Studio 2019 or to set an unlimited number of resets for my licenses. Otherwise RWS could be causing me a huge damage if I am unable to process orders from my customers when I do not work from home.

If anyone knows the solution for this kind of situation, please let me know.

Best regards,

J.M. Janariz
