I don’t have return/deactivate/reset license options available either in my application or in my SDL account.
When I start Trados 2021 Freelance, it requests to activate, but it does not accept my serial number provided on my OOSDL account, and no further actions can be done in the program since the dialog box is the only space available. When I try to use the offline deactivation option I get the deactivation authorization but not the deactivation certificate and no further actions can be done. I use the license reset link, it displays an additional error asking me to open a case. So I cannot return/deactivate since no other actions/options are available. I have urgent translations to deliver and I blocked due to this issue; I do appreciate if you can help me as soon as you can.
