Re-activating SDL Trados Studio 2021 Annual Susbcription License

Dear colleagues,

I have upgraded my hardware and replaced my hard drive disk by a SSD and cloned it, that is, a professional IT support store installed the new SSD and cloned the system and all the files into my new disk.

I purchased an annual susbscription to SDL Trados Studio 2021 at the begging of July, 2021.

I didn't know I should have deactivated my product before changing the hard drive because I am a new Trados's user and, in fact, I wanted my hard drive to be cloned into the SSD just for avoiding problems. I was told in several stores that cloning means literally like copying and pasting the system and the configuration and I wouldn't notice that I had changed the drive.

So it is for everything, except for Trados. When I open Trados, there is a warning message telling me that the license is out of date. When I try to active my product again through the language cloud, it says I have exceeded the number of computers I am allow to activate my product within.

I was told to wait 48 hours until the server releases my license to be able to activate it in the new SSD.

Has it happened to someone before? It is true that I only have to wait 48 hours to be able to re-activate my product. Does anyone know if weekends count in this 48 hours?

Thank you all and have a nice weekend.
