my windows broke down, so i reinstalled it, only to find that the software SDL trados 2021 SR1 cannot be reactivated again. i don't know what to do next. i sought help at the official website https://www.sdltrados.cn/cn/, but was met by cold robot. i have not idea where i can seek help. can anybody help me?
