Been searching for an hour on how to deactivate the license in my old computer. My old computer crashed so I cannot deactivate the old Trados there. Please give straight forward guideline to reinstall from old to new system. Hate talking to bot for an hour.

Seems the support team have quickly reset your licence for you. But to answer your question in case this happens again. You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
If you have problems doing this then you post in here as you have done and the support team will help... as they have done here in abundance!
