Today, Malwarebytes identified lsint.exe in the Trados 2019 and Trados 2019 SE folders as being malware, and suggested that I quarantine it. Fortunately I no longer use verison 2019 (it is left over on my computer after I've upgraded). Still, do you know what this is all about?

It's not malware. It's a small utility used to correct licensing problems.
