Following reinstallation of windows, I have reinstalled my Trados Studio 2021 and now need to reactivate my license. Clicking on the 'reset license' link results in an error message "An error has occurred". This is irrespective of which browser I use (Firefox and Edge).
This seems to be a continual problem - I see that I am not the only one experiencing this issue.
I look forward to a very quick license reset so that I can again access my Studio 2021.
