Yesterday 25.)ct 21 we were trying to activate the studio 2017 license for our colleague. We had some "file association" issues and were trying different versions of studio 2021, 2019, 2017. We accidentally uninstalled Studio 2017 without deactivating the key. Today I tried to request the rest of the license, however, could not see any licenses belonging to "Ministry of Education/NCEQE".

 We have identified an issue regarding the (missing) licenses and are currently working to resolve this ASAP. 
 I will update this thread, just as soon as this has been resolved.

 UPDATE 
 The issue has now been fixed. Refresh your account and the license should now be visible.
