We are having issues with SDL Trados Studio 2015 and 2017 versions. when we connect to Any VPN solution Trados applications is not connecting with license servers. We checked network tracing and VPNs. We already white-listed all the required IPs and the tracing result was also positive, so we are suspecting this issue with the application end, Can anyone suggest me to raise a support case with SDL?
