What version of Studio are you trying to install and what size is the installer?
Make sure that all Windows updates are installed on your computer and try to install it with the antivirus turned off an also with the User Account Control off (https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0028994).
