Hello,
I am facing sudden problems with my SDL Trados 2021 product. I have purchased this product in February 2020 and was working smoothly until today afternoon, when my Trados Studio stopped working abruptly and was closed. I tried to open then uninstall and re-install the same several times but was in vein. The following error message appeared :
I then tried to reset the license, but was shocked to find that there was no license of the new product appearing on my SDL homepage instead it was showing just the older license, which I do not use at all:
