This is my third mail and I am highly disappointed as my issue had not been observed/resolved.

I have purchased SDL Trados 2021 edition in February 2020, It was working smoothly till yesterday afternoon. It was then suddenly stopped working and even the license key was not showing on the account page. This issue had been reported by me and gladly was resolved by yesterday evening, BUT after that I still can not open SDL Trados studio. I have uninstall/re-install it several times, tried all the possible ways renaming files and stopping the antivirus and everything...through the community and gateway videos.. but everything is in vain!!!  Surprisingly the MultiTerm has been installed and working fantastically. I am under tremendous work pressure and thus confused for what to do.
