Hi,

I have just started taking the course: the SDL Certification Program (Level 1), as it was offered to me by SDL.

I did not use the “Free SDL Trados Studio Starter Edition trial” which came with the offer, as I have my own starter package.

Now I have two questions.

1. Why does the email offering me the course say that “We note that you don't have an SDL licence.” when I have?
2.  Is the fact that my licence is not recognised by SDL affecting my usage of the package?

When I followed the course instructions and tried to create a translation memory, it did not let me with the error message saying that I had to upgrade my licence to use the function
