You should be able to install Studio on any operating system. If you encounter any issues please provide more details and a screenshot with the error message.

you mean the non-English operating system is ok for Studio english version? or do we have to select the desired language installation package for the OS?

Yes, you can install Studio English version on a non-English operating system.

There is only one installation package. You can change the user interface language inside studio.
