I'm using SDL Trados Studio 2019 - Freelance
Well, on my software, my license is still activated - can't even deactivate!
But on my account, under my license tab, my license says 0 in use, 1 available.
It actually happened before, but, I just could activate my license on the web page then.
But this time, there's no activate button for me to click on,
I tried activation offline, but can't get my installation ID because the software says I'm still activated now
Please, help me
