last year I purchased a copy of Trados 2021 Freelance with perpetual license, plus Multiterm. At that time I was using Windows 10 64 bit.

I recently installed Windows 11 and, at first, everything was OK. Unfortunately the installation of some graphic drivers proved incompatible with W11, which forced to completely reset the PC to the factory settings. This procedure completely wiped out every previously installed software, among which Trados 2021.

I reinstalled Trados, but I am unable to activate it using my perpetual license; I tried to reset the licence from my account, but I was unable to.

Can you help me with the correct procedure to reinstall Trados?
