I had some troubles with my computer and had to restore windows without deactivating my license first. I downloaded Trados 2021 again, but I only have the trial version. When I use my activation code, it does not work.
Could you pease help my with that?

Please use the Self-service option to reset the license from your RWS account so that you can activate it again on the new machine:

Did a reset on that license and now client should be able to activate the product.
