I cannot reactivate my 2021 Licence on my new computer

Dear Team,

I have desactivated my 2021 Freelance License on my old computer, then uninstall it.

The aim was to install Trados and activate again my license on my new computer.

However, I cannot do so, because on my online account, it says the license is already in use, but it is not the case anymore. Here is a screenshot.
