I just bought the new computer yesterday. I followed the instructions on both deactivations of SDL licence online and offline on your website but it does not allow me to do so.
Online: Failed
Offline: Stuck a the beginning of the Deactivation Authorisation process.
Can someone please help me with this issue? Thank you.
