When I try to activate Passolo 2018 license on License Server Manager it throws a message saying error has occurred without any further information. I tried on new machine as well as on existing machine where Passolo 2106 is already configured but in both cases I get error. After this error in my SDL account it shows license is in use and every time I raised request to reset license.
Need support n solving this issue.
