Licence deactivation on a crashed laptop

Dear All,

I started the procedure to deactivate my Studio 2017 Freelance Plus licence on a laptop that has crashed and is no longer accessible.

I received the Deactivation authorization but, when I select the Confirm Offline Deactivation button, I get a message saying that an error occurred with the procedure (see screenshot below).

Since the crashed laptop will be sent to the HP support for repair tomorrow, how can I complete the licence deactivation in order to activate it on a backup PC?
