Hello!
At the website, my license is shown as "In Use".
At both of my computers, the software is deactivated and I'm not able to deactivate the license via software.
While trying either to deactivate it offline or to reset it via website, I get these messages:
An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request. - if deactivating offline
If trying to reset:
An error has occurred
An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.
Please try reloading / refreshing this page.
I've an urgent translation to be done till Friday, so it would be perfect, if I was able to activate the license and work ;)
