How to fix a duplicated account

Hi there,

I recently got a little mixed up with my email addresses when accessing https://oos.sdl.com/. 

The result: I ended up with duplicated accounts ("OLD RWS ID", where I purchased a license for Trados Studio 2017 in 31-Jan-2017, and "THIS ACCOUNT'S RWS ID", which was created in RWS today by mistake and assigned a temporary Trados Studio 2019 Starter Free License, due to expire on 03-02-2022). 

Is there a way to merge both accounts under "THIS ACCOUNT'S RWS ID", which is the email address I currently use?

Otherwise, is there a way you delete this account ("THIS ACCOUNT'S RWS ID"), so I could change the email address in my original account (from "OLD RWS IDto "THIS ACCOUNT'S RWS ID"), in order to have only one account? In this way, I could upgrade my current Trados Studio 2017 to the latest edition.

Any advice on how to work around this would be much appreciated.
