Guten Tag,

Ich habe seit kurzem das Problem, dass ich nicht mehr auf die Passolo 2018 Collaboration Edition zugreifen kann (meine Kollegen aber können es noch immer). Es scheint ein lokales Problem zu sein. Die Fehlermeldung bezüglich Produktaktivierung finden Sie im Anhang.

 Ich habe Passolo mehrfach deinstalliert, den Computer neu gestartet und dann neu installiert. Auch haben wir versucht, auf C:\ProgramData\SDL  den Ordner umzubenennen (SDL Passolo2018X) und dann wieder original zu benennen. Alles ohne Erfolg.

Da ich im Moment dringend damit arbeiten müsste, wäre ich froh um eine zeitnahe Lösung. 

 Woran liegt der fehlende Zugriff?
