No Reset license option available on my SDL account

Hi, I have one single user license for SDL 2015 freelance plus with one extra activation. My computer has died. When I connect to my sdl account on my new computer, it shows that I am using One license and that I have an extra activation. What procedure should I follow to reset my licence so I can recover both my licence and my extra activation? I read the procedure to reset the license on my new computer but on my SDL account, in Licenses, I don't see the Reset license option. All I see next to my activated license line is "Can't activate online?" and "Can't deactivate offline?". Could you please explain the procedure I should follow to recover my license as well as the extra activation? Thank you
