Do you really need to use offline activation? Many users misunderstand what this is for. Perhaps you just need to reset?
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
