Can not deactivate the license OFFLINE , getting ERROR message .
have logged the ticket and instructions are very clear , but after the pushing CONFIRM OFFLINE DEACTIVATION , I am getting error message : AN ERROR HAS OCCURED WITH YOUR OFFLINE-deactivation .
Any help and guidance woul be appreciated !
