Freelance Plus is a single user license with two activations. Your second activation is available for you to use on another computer. Do you want us to reset your first activation? If so, please let us know and we will submit a case for you.

Thank you for your quick answer. I managed to activate the second activation on my older computer- where I had Studio 2014 - but my first activation will be unavailable for me - I think my hard drive is gone.
