Hello,
I own a Trados SDL 2017 license which is currently activated on a laptop, reason why I had previously dsintalled Trados from my old laptop and installed in the current one.
However, the computer where I have Trados stopped working today and I can no longer turn it on.
Therefore, I cannot disintall Trados nor the license from that laptop to move it to the other laptop I have.
I tried to download Trados in the other computer but the installing process gives me Error Code 2203.
How can I reactivate Trados and the license in the new computer if it's still in the other laptop? I cannot even turn the other laptop on and I will send the pc to the technician not before next week.
Can you please help me?
