ERROR WHILE ACTIVATING MY TRADOS ACCOUNT

Question

After installing again TRADOS SDL 20017, and after updating my version with the latest update, I tried to create a NEW PROJECT, but I could not go on, since the following appears: An error occured whilst trying to determine the file version, what am I supposed to do? Is there anything I did wrong?
