Unable to log in Language Cloud

I cannot log in Language cloud to activate my licence. I used my account, did all the workarounds in https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039395 and I still get this:

Trados Studio 2021 product activation window with an error message in Spanish indicating the page cannot be displayed and suggesting to check the URL, refresh the page, or try again in a minute.

I really need help here.
