Reset License Trados Studio 2021

Hello,

I activated my newly bought Trados Suite 2021 on 31-10-2021 but then my PC system crashed and had to be rebooted from scratch. I reloaded Trados but now cannot re-activate the license. I watched the help video and followed the instructions but when I click on "Reset License" I keep getting the message "An error has occurred. An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error. Please try reloading / refreshing this page." But this does not work. Can you help? Thanks in advance
