Change in computer

Question

Hello, 
 I just upgraded to a new computer and I'm getting an error message when trying to install SDL Trados: 
 "An error occurred downloading the following resource: downloadcentre.sdl.com/.../clwireg.exe 
 Date: 11/10/2021 5:02:21 PM 
 See the setup log file located at 'C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Temp\VSD5904.tmp\install.log' for more information." 
 
 The link provided ( http://downloadcentre.sdl.com/prerequisites/DotNetFX35SP1/Tools/clwireg.exe) doesn't lead anywhere.

Hello Stephanie Labay 
 Please try the following solution: 
 1. On your computer, go to the following location: C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLTradosStudio2011\modules and run the following components: 
 - TranslationStudio2.msi and - TradosCompatibility1.msi 
 Note: If you can't find the path above, open Windows File Explorer, click on View and check "Hidden Items" checkbox.
