Hi Team,
We have 5 Studio 2017 licenses of which 3 have subsequently been upgraded to Studio 2021. They all run as expected.
However, the two remaining Studio 2017 licenses are currently deactivated and cannot be re-activated (license numbers can be provided if necessary).
Instead we receive the following error message when trying to re-activate these 2 licenses:
"Activation failed. Please provide quantity less than or equal to the remaining quantity 0."
Can you please help me re-activate the two licenses?
