Please try to install Studio 2014 manually: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge

If it doesn`t work, try the solution from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0029146

If you have licensing issues after the installation is done please let me know.

This is what I have for step 1.  The file names are not exactly the same as those in your list and one seems to be missing.  Do you have a link for where I can download it?  For step 2, I don't have a 'Modules' folder....

I downloaded them to the Dependencies folder and tried again.  No good.  No change at all.

That said, the link you gave me wasn't for the missing file name in my folder.  I think it's something to do with Java?

I've figured it out.  In fact I had to go to the dependencies folder and run each file individually.

AAHhhh!!!! This is driving me crazy!!!  So now I've managed to download Trados, but I can't activate it.  The error message is below.
