Old time customer with SDL Trados Studion2021 Freelance PLUS installed since about the beginning of 2020

A couple of days ago, my application (Studio 2021 FreeLance PLus) unexpecteddly showed a "License Expired" message.
The application could not be openend anymore.

Q1: How come I get such a message whereas my licence is labeled as being "PERPETUAL"

Q2: Why does the (my) RWS/SDL licence page show that I do have one (1) licence installed and that NONE (Zero/0) are available.
       Am I not entitled to install the application on two (2) pc simultaneaously?

I am attaching hereto a 2-page PDF-composition showing the evidence.
