I can not deactivate my 2020 Trados version to use my activation code for the upgraded 2021 version. I've even tried the steps in the online help for the offline deactivation and that doesn't work as I never get the "Generate Certificate" option. How can I deactivate my current license so I can use my product? I did the upgrade without deactivating the 2020 version first.
