Need help resetting/deactivating license

Hi there!

Similar to other users, neither the "reset" nor "deactivate" options are working when I try to reset/deactivate from My Account.

The computer where this license sits is dead, and not recoverable.

1) The license that needs to be reset/deactivated ends in "a79e".

2) In a case where the computer is dead/not recoverable, what is the difference between "Resetting" vs "Deactivating" a license?
