I received an email regarding this issue, but with an estimated 1 business day for the solution or, if I want a faster solution, to pay for it. I believe this is illegal as, even though I didn't pay for support, this issue was caused by RWS's system failure. Therefore, RWS is responsible for solving this as soon as possible, or may be sued to obtain compensation due to many problems caused by RWS's system failure.
