Need help to remove 2019 License and add 2021 - Error on deactivation

Hi, 
 we have SDL License Manager with Studio 2019 network license. We followed the guide here: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975 to upgrade. 
 We uninstalled the older SDL License Manager and tried to install the version SDLLicenseServerManager_2.0.27550. We got an error about installing .net 4.7. 
 We then followed this guide: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0028832 and we succeeded with the installation. 
 After we open the (new) SDL License Manager we see a license for "Studio Professional Commuter 2019" which cannot be de activated (we get an error: Provider error occurred: code 653) as to proceed with installing the new, 2021 license. 
 Please guide us on the required procedure.

Hello Eftychia Tsilikidou 
 I`ve reset your license so you can upgrade it to 2021. Before activating the 2021 license on the server please do the following (on the licensing server): 
 Ensure that all SDL products are closed on the server. 
 1. Go to: C:\ProgramData\SDL\NetworkLicensingServer\2 and rename the "2" folder to "2_old". 
 2. Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel RMS License Manager\WinNT and rename the file lservrc to lservrc_old. 
 3. Open SafeNet License Manager (WlmAdmin) and check if the AllowTQA 2019 or ProfessionalEdition 2019 features are still listed under Subnet servers > your server name. If they are, right-click on each of them and select Remove Feature.
