For any purchased version the license is in your RWS account - licenses tab.
But for the order placed please also check if the payment went through ok, by clicking on orders - outstanding orders.

Thank you, Ana. The payment went through, but my RWS account is still showing no license and my sample folders are empty. Very frustrated.

Sorry, I identified the company that charged me today. It is not Trados Studio. I am confused since I received a receipt from Trados. Should I wait until tomorrow when the payment will be clear?
