Licensing Issue

Hi,

I have the Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus. The license says "perpetual" but I am being asked to input an activation code because the license expired. I tried to input my current product code but it says that there are no licenses available for the code I am entering so I am not sure what to do next. 

I can see my product code in my account and under it, there are two more codes called "fulfillments" with 2 different codes with the option to reset license but I don't know which code belongs to which device.

your assistance is much appreciated.
