What happened was, I tried to download studio 2021 30 days free version in trados.com, and I submitted all necessary information. Then I followed the guidance, which told me to wait for the trial to be sent. Unfortunately, I could hardly receive any emails. I tried the same process for three more times, but still there's nothing in my gmail. I checked all of my submitted information, and they were all correct. I hope you can solve my problem.
