Refund

First, I want you to know that I have already look through the forum and found that you saying 'For the refund, send an email to info@sdltrados.com, and I sent you an email 6 times from a week ago, but every time I send you an email, I get a 'Warning: could not send message for past 4 hours' `or 'Returned mail'.

I am really frustrated with all this things.

Below are the original message that I have tried to send to you for 6 times for a week.

I would like to get a refund for order No. 662782.
I just purchased trados studio 2021 for freelance and installed it but failed to open the program. I attached the screenshot. It is written in Japanese, but it says something like this edition cannot be operated in domain based network.
I purchased your product because I was satisfied with your trial version. I had no problem installing and using a trial version. I hadn't purchased it if I would know that I can't use it.

  • Apologies you're having these problems.  The best approach is probably to reach out to the live chat team.  If they are not there a message will still be sent to them and they will respond when they get back in:

    The problem you had might be related to their not being an sdltrados anymore.  The website to use would be just trados for example.

    Also tagging who can help make sure this is picked up on Monday.

    This is because the Freelance edition is not suitable for work on a domain based environment.  You need the Professional version for that and the trial is actually a professional version so people have the ability to test all the available features.
